Vissco H-SQ Traction Pulley Bracket  is used for the immobilization of extremities after the internal fixation of fractures. It is  ready to use with a robust structure.  It contains a double pulley buck extension hook which you can use over tubular end beds.  The traction pulley bracket can be used for cervical traction in sleeping position.
